Hello,Thank you for writing a review! We're sorry to hear if you find our selections limited, especially in the pants you preferred in your size. We value your feedback and it is important to us. We’ve sent you a request on www.sitejabber.com asking for your account information in order for us to pull up your account and assist you further.
Kindly check your email notification from www.trustpilot.com or log on to the website to respond to the request and we'll be happy to assist you.Best Regards,Nelle. Placed an order TWO weeks ago, was told at check out it would take 3-5 business days so I should have gotten it fairly quickly. However, I found out that they use fedex smartpost which is extremely slow and now every day I check the tracking info and it keeps getting delayed 2 days at a time. Its been over two weeks and I'm still waiting. I could have ordered from outside the country and would have had my items before these damn leggings. I do not recommend ordering solely based on who they ship through.
I was skeptical about becoming a VIP because you have to skip your order every month or they send it to you. They do send a reminder the first of every month. Since I check my email often enough to skip or purchase within 5 days this was no big deal. Plus if you forget you simply return the merchandise with No problem. BUT the quality of their leggings is superb.
You don't get the sheer in the butt problem when you bend over. The styles with pockets are my favorite. And they frequently have promotions so the price becomes very reasonable. I was hesitant but so glad I did.
I was so excited to order from fabletics and ordered pieces in my usual size 4.Mostly all my items are too small. When I tried to return them i didnt receive a return label.I have no contacted the company 7 times about this problem and they keep telling me they have contacted the label department and i will receive one within 24 hours. It has now been 3 weeks since i began the return process and im really fed up. Dont think il be ordering again as i feel im now stuck with 7 items that dont fit. Very disappointed.
I purchased 1 bottom from this company, I enrolled myself into the trap of automated monthly payments and after I received the pants literally the same day I wore them the stripe on the side of my pant started to tear. I'm a small girl 5'6 - 115 lbs - I called the company and tried to get them exchanged and it was a completely disaster that ended up me having to keep the pants. I then cancelled my enrollment never thinking twice. 1 month later I notice their still withdrawing the fee I called and was unable to get in touch w a live rep, I email and nothing.
5 months later they were still taking out the fee. I disputed it with my bank, $548.00 later!!!!
The bank recvd a letter stating I gave permission which was true but I cancelled it in writing and and by phone and no one ever responded. This became one of the hardest most time consuming things I've done. My bank went bank and forth w me and Fabletics and after all that, they where unable to get them to refund me my money!!!! I looked up reviews and sure enough this comp is infamous for doing this. Besides the clothing being cheap quality Her company is a theif.
I actually cancelled twice (2017 and 2019) and then all of a sudden I was billed for three months straight post cancellation this summer. I was told that I re-joined the VIP program but I did not. I believe it was the foreign customer service agents who automatically put me back in without my permission. So very frustrating! Lots of options for leggings out there and until Kate Hudson fixes the billing/VIP issues lots of yogis will be frustrated.
A shame too because her power leggings are my fave and last forever! I subscribed to Fabletics for about 7 months. I stopped, not because I'm unhappy with the service, but because I simply do not need to be drowning in leggings haha.
I absolutely love all 7 of my outfits. They are perfect for the gym, or they look excellent paired with a sweater for winter, or a tank top for summer. I used the persimmon colored Fabletics with a white sweater for my Christmas outfit and received many compliments. They really do make you look and feel fabulous. It even inspires me to work out more; I pretty consistently go to the gym every other day since I subscribed. Their exchange process is also amazing; I unfortunately found that I cannot wear their baby pink colors because with my skin tone, it just looks like I'm not wearing anything haha. They were able to quickly and efficiently help me exchange the baby pink outfit for a more suitable color.
I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone! I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this 'club' has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit. The hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have 'store credit' instead of the charges removed.
Then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% 'like' rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear.

It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me. All I can think of is to contact your credit card company (if you have your statement to reference that charge info) and get it removed/credited back. I can't imagine how you got through to talk to a real person. I have found I cannot even unsubscribe from their emails! As when you click (unsubscribe) it takes you right back to their home page!! No matter where you go, Contact, Service or as stated, unsubscribe, it all goes back to the same place. SO annoying!!
I have found the credit card companies to be very understanding about places such as this and credit back your account, they just need as much info as you can give them regarding the charge in the first place.
